Starboard Permission Requirement:
- Make sure Noti has the following permissions in your starboard channel(s):

- Navigate to the Starboard section on the Noti dashboard.
- Toggle Enable Starboard to activate the feature.
- Select the Starboard Channel where messages will be posted.
- Set a Reward Role for users who get messages featured.
- Configure the Minimum Reactions required to feature a message.
- Toggle Allow NSFW if applicable.
- Choose whether to Allow Self Star and Allow Bot Messages.
- Enable Delete Starboard Message to remove entries when original messages are deleted.
- Activate Auto Thread for automatic thread creation.
- Select the Starboard Emoji used for reactions.
- Configure Whitelist & Blacklist Settings for roles and channels.
- Save your settings to apply the changes.
- Enable Starboard: Toggle to enable or disable the starboard system.
- Starboard Channel: Select the designated channel where starred messages will be posted.
- Reward Role: Assign a specific role to users who achieve starboard recognition.
- Minimum Reactions: Set the required number of reactions for a message to be starred (minimum: 1).
- Allow NSFW: Enable NSFW-filtered messages to be starred.
- Allow Self Star: Decide if users can star their own messages.
- Allow Bot Messages: Enable the ability for bot messages to be starred.
- Delete Starboard Message: Automatically remove the starboard entry if the original message is deleted.
- Auto Thread: Automatically create a thread for starred messages.
- Starboard Emoji: Choose the emoji required for starring messages.
- Whitelist & Blacklist Options:
- Whitelist Roles: Allow specific roles to use the starboard.
- Whitelist Channels: Specify channels where starboard is allowed.
- Blacklist Roles: Prevent certain roles from using the starboard.
- Blacklist Channels: Restrict specific channels from starboard usage.
